    1) Executed a contract on 07.09.22 in the amount of $5,330.00 with a start date of 07.25.22. I've paid about $5,000.00 so far, 1/2 in cash and 1/2 in a money market check. Did not show up the fist week at all.2) Actually started sometime in August. Only works a couple of hours a day and if I'm lucky it will be 2 days a week. It is now 09.21.22 and the project is still not done.3) The concrete work is horrid with voids, not straight and sloppy.4) Either the north or south retaining walls are at the same height and width from the house.5) The earthwork that was dumped in the yard is higher than the retaining walls that were poured to prevent the water from going under the house. Obviously, that will not keep the water from going under the house, it will just go over the wall.6) Concrete trucks washed out in my gravel drive way and front yard and it was not cleaned up.7) Concrete splatter is all over the front of the house and not washed off immediately.8) One retaining wall is broom finished on the top, the other one is not.9) The finished ends of the retaining walls do not even meet up with the house on either end. There is a large gaps.10) $2,000 was added to the cost of the project to replace the concrete porch slab, which was cracked and ready to fall in.11) There still is a load of rock in my drive way for the back fill of the retaining walls so I can't park correctly in the driveway. The drainage pipes are still laying in the same place that they were left, in the driveway.12) He has tons of excuses as to why he can't work or get the job finished. Some valid and some not.13) I owe approximately $2,333.00 and feel I should not have to pay for it since it is a crappy job.14) I just want him to come and get all the tools that he left and leave so I can get someone else to finish the job and be done with it. I want my front yard back one day.
