    Hired Barton to remove a fallen tree limb, cut down a dying tree, and trim a tree to remove dead limbs and branches over the house. Barton was also responsible for removing all limbs/branches,etc. Barton was unable to take all of the limbs but said they would return the next day for the rest. ****** insisted on full pay that day. Only removed the remaining limbs when I said I would pay once the limbs were removed. Also didn't trim the branches over the house. Showed ****** that this wasn't done and I'd have to get another company to trim. ****** gave me a $200 credit for not trimming the branches. The quote was for $2,500 less the credit is $2,300. ****** was supposed to send someone the next day to grind the stump for $200. So I paid ****** $2,500 for the job($2,300) plus stump grinding $200. ****** didn't do the stump grinding that I paid for. Called ****** 6 times and she returned only 1 call claiming I never paid her to grind the stump. Either grind the stump or refund my $200.

    We arrived on the date scheduled and prepared to do the work.  Mr. ******** sat and watched the entire time.  If there were concerns about limbs or debris that we missed, he could have  called our attention to it before we were cleaned up and we would have happily picked it up.  He took limbs and placed them in his own personal trash can and asked us to dispose of it, stating that it was on the ground and I would take it.  We ended up taking it.  As far as we are concerned, we cleaned up the job site to the best of our ability leaving it better looking than when we arrived.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The company didn't trim the branches from over my house as agreed. I showed them that the branches weren't trimmed and they agreed to a $200 credit for not trimming them. They contract the stump grinding to another company ad said it would cost $200. The original contract was for $1,500, less the $200 credit is $1300. I paid her $1500 for the job plus stump grinding. She is refusing to grind the stump or refund the $200 I paid for the stump grinding.Either grind the stump or refund my $200.
