      We recently purchased a heat pump unit from Patriot heat and air. From start to finish we have had incredible service. The sales *** was so knowledgeable and helpful. The quotes we were given were tailored to our needs. There was no pressure to purchase He truly seemed to have our best interest in mind *********** scheduling and financing department went above and beyond to help us. They communicated to us quickly and assisted us with financing. The installation crew was professional and friendly. They were very considerate of our time and showed up as scheduled. They made install day a breeze. Every little thing was discussed with us before and after. They left the work area looking better then when they arrived. I would highly recommend Patriot heating and air. Every employee we encountered was top notch and they take great pride in the job they do.

      We are very happy to have a service contract with Patriot.
      Our contract covers two units in the house and two mini splits in the shop. The technicians are very good at their job and very good about explaining what they are doing. If any parts need to be replaced, they will take the time to explain why.
      All of their staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide great service at a fair price and I would not hesitate to recommend Patriot Heat & Air in Hollister MO.

      We purchased a new mininsplit setup for our house and it's been trouble after trouble coming on our 3rd summer now. First summer there was a leak which they repaired at no cost. Second summer the coolant was low and they charged us. Ok whatever should be good to go now. NOPE!!!!! Welcome to the soon to start 3rd summer and we have had a few 80 degree days and the system is having a hard time. So again have to call someone to come out and hopefully get things done. And for the record yes the units have been cleaned and the outside unit as well.

      Our home has been serviced and maintained by Patriot Heat and Air for several years; most recently we purchased a heat pump which was installed by knowledgeable technicians. ***** serviced the unit today and was careful to answer questions regarding how to properly use, monitor, and care for the system; he is an asset to the company which rightly prizes customer service an imperative. While considering a review, there has not been one technician or office staff who has not been friendly, patient, and service-minded.
