We had a contract with Beyond Cabinets and Design for a kitchen remodel. With the project not quite completed they have "ghosted "us. We are stuck with part of our hardware which we paid for, all at a cost of $628.12. We don't know where they got the hardware from nor can we find any that match. They were supposed to come back with another spice rack (approx. $70.00) also paid for. One door was flawed. They did have it drop shipped to us but it needs installed. ALL the cabinet doors need adjusted and one keeps falling off. We will have to buy all new hardware at a cost of approx. $600, another spice rack, $70. Labor to finish the job will be 5 hours at $35 dollars an hour. With this lost money for the useless hardware we are looking at a cost of $1543.12 out of our pocket We have already paid them for the complete job, $30,992.18. All we want is for them to come back with the hardware, spice rack and finish the install. Their address is ***********************************************************. We have attempted calling them, texting, emailing, certified letter and made five visits to the showroom, all to no avail. Our last contact was a text on March 5. at that time ****** (the owner) stated she would reach out to ***** (?) for an ETA on the hardware.
