  This company mislead me. They required my ID but not my wife's but made my already tired wife come in to sign for the tickets and listen to an annoying sales pitch. This company just wants your money and is not accommodating or family friendly

  I was instructed to pick up tickets at ******************************************* When I arrived I was given faulty information. When I asked to file a complaint staff refused to give me any resources or offer any remediation. I would highly advise against doing business with this company or any of its subsidiaries.

  Mis-leading /scam website. No USA customer service.They pay for the ad at the top of ****** search.You have to drive to their location in Branson to pick up vouchers to take the the venue. This is not helpful nor convenient, and requires the customers time and extra money to do ************************** are overpriced. Refund policy is 65% if they refund to your card. Otherwise, you get a voucher to use with them in the future.It is much easier, and less expensive - to call the venue directly for tickets. Avoid BransonShows.com / VacationsMadeEasy.com at all costs! They are nothing short of illegitimate scammers out to make a buck if you click the wrong link.Summary: Overpriced, horrible cancellation fees, no 'real' tickets, only vouchers which you have to go pick up. Not convenient. No savings. Extra cost, extra work, poor customer service.

  Bransonshows.com is a scam. Any tickets they sell you can get cheaper going threw the actual theatre. Plus when you go pick up your tickets you get offered a "meeting" for a time share. I had to say no six times then almost got into a fight with the guy just to get my tickets. I cant even give it one star but i have no choice.

  This business is terrible to use, all they want to do is scam honest customers out of money! I booked reservations through this company, a week before heading down to Branson I lost my employment. With a week in advance notice I asked them for a refund and wrote them why. They processed my refund and took a 35% cancellation fee out of my refund with 7 day notice. Thats unacceptable because no where on there site does it let you know if any cancellation fee if you needed to cancel. So now after 6 days I still have not received my refund, they keep telling me that its my banks fault and they have refunded my money. This business needs to be looked into!

  ******** Do not book wit these crooks. I booked a show in late Dec 2022. I fell ill with double pneumonia and they gave me a gift certificate that was about $244.00. I decided to use it June 2023. I mistakenly tried to use it at bransonshowtickets.com. The charge was $569.00 but the certificate was not good there so I went to Bransonshows.com I ordered the same tickets and the charge came to about $968.00. They used the $244.00 certificate which brought the cost down to about $665(over $100.00 more than the other place.I realized I had been scammed and immediately called back and cancelled. They offered me 65 percent back. I screamed and a supervisor agreed to a 90% back. Today i got my original certificate in the mail. It is now worth $149.00. Wonderful people????

  Very unethical company. Beware that you read every word on their site, then read it again then get off there site. Overcharged for tickets then I tried to cancel within10 minutes order and want to charge a large amount for doing that unless you took gift certificate.

  Scam site, their ticket prices are inflated and they make it seem like you are booking directly via the companies website. When I asked to cancel they wanted to charge a $11 cancellation fee even though I only placed the order 5 minutes ago.

  They charged twice as much for tickets, plus additional fee charges, so $168 for 2 tickets that would cost $ 85 at box office. Plus hard sell on time shares and other deals! Buyer beware ! No where do you receive an itemized receipt .*** * 06/01/2023

  BOGO is on THEIR prices not the prices at the box office. The tickets were a bit cheaper than if I had purchassed from the theater direct but not half price! I would call them discounted tickets not BOGO. This is misleading and Fraud in my opinion. Oh and I only gave one star because it made me select a star level.
