    I called them on 9-28-23 and he came out, took the old ice maker out, went and got a new ice maker and put it in. From that day forward, I have been without ice. He came on Monday and worked on it, he stayed 10 minutes and said I should be good to go. I asked when should I get ice and it hasn't make one cube of ice. I left a message that at least he should return my call and I should be able to come to the company to get a refund. I have tried to call him and left messages and he won't pick up or answer. I paid him $277.75. I just want my ice maker to work. He could have at least given me a call.
