We had contracted through our home warranty company a service call of for an electrical problem for my daughter and ********** It seemed to be a fairly dangerous situation and the owner of Taq Electric did not care. He rudely stated it would be the following week unless we wanted to pay something outrageous. So they decided to hold off on moving in and cleared their entire schedule for the next week, Wed 7-1pm where they took off work to be there. He called my when we were on the phone and after returning his call he said "You didn't answer so I'm not coming now". I called him and said please, they had to move in with an 18 month old and he refused and would not *************. He was rude to 3 of us and should not be doing business with the public

Where to begin on this one. The person filing this has not done any business with us. ******* called and requested a sooner service for her daughter which we have no availability for and the home warranty will not pay for an emergency service call. They would be responsible for the difference for a emergency call. They declined. Than she demanded a exact time which is nearly impossible. They are given a window through the home warranty and we do our best to honor that window. Now the day of the service we call within the window given and leave a message. We give customers 10 minutes to get back ahold of us then we go to the next call and put them at the rear of the list. We get a call back 30 minutes later from her daughter and told her she missed us but we will try to get back latter that day if possible. Well ******* calls back breathing fire. This and that and how she is going to be sitting out front of my office ect. We disconnect the call and called the warranty company and had the claim reassigned. We do not do business with this type of person. While on the phone getting this reassigned I had to block ******* due to harassing calls and messages. About 30 minutes after all this her son in law calls and I politely inform him that we will not be servicing his claim he understood.
