    Ordered engine for $650 from **************************** on Feb 3, 2025 to be delivered to the address for the shop address I provided them. The shop never received the engine. They only provided me a receipt, but no product for what I paid. They charged by credit card $650, but when I follow-ed up for tracking and shipping info in they did not deliver the product. I contacted the company (Train Travels) they used to bill my credit card and no answer along with the *** in sales, billing and their customer service they have on file. It appears they are a scam and fraulent company. Their website needs to be taken down and not allow to conduct business until they deliver what they promise. I would like a refund of $650 to my credit card. This incident was reported to my ************ with all the supporting purchase and communication. They are investigating it and waiting on a response from them which I don't expect they will received a response. Unfortunately, I am sure other customers have experienced this same treatment. 2 thumbs down for CS. Their website appeared to be credible with customer review, but after my own investigation when I searched online it appeared to be scam. Their address appeared to be a salvage junk yard, but not a credible business operations. Disappointed and hope no other have this experience.
