I had the trash out by then so they could be picked up in 3 different trash bags. Through the night it seems like an animal opened it up. When they came by and throw it into the truck, it came open. So they emptied the big trash bag, threw down the can and busted up the side and lid, the guys on the back were trying to fix it, but the driver said aloud "f that guy" and they drove off. I saw this happen myself. On Thursday they came back and I told them they left a mess, and was trying to hand them my number so they could give it to ***** (the owner). They then mouthed off and drove off hitting my foot as well, not quite rolled over but it was close enough to feel pressure. I called them to tell them about the situation and the lady I spoke with ended up saying to go find another company and they will refund my money. That was on 09/26 and I have not seen a refund yet.Business Response

We sent refund for $29 on 9.27.24. We are not responsible for trash cans. His can was over 10 years old, even had policies on it. The can broke from him over packing it. He called & cussed us out when all we said was find another hauler.Customer Answer

I have multiple complaints on them. The first problem is that they only bill every 3 months. Instead of picking up the trash, they put the bill in the mailbox and you can only pay them by calling them. They came and picked up one garbage can out of the 3 garbage cans, the guy was screaming at my dog. I called and told them they only picked up one of my cans and he said he will call me back. When I do call, I get a busy signal. Now, I have 2 full trash cans that they have not picked up. They need to have an answering system or have someone pick up the phone. I would like for them to have someone come pick up the trash.Business Response

Mr. ****** called on 9.6.24 and we did talk about the situation. We apologized on behalf of the guys and told him he would get an additional pickup the following Tuesday (9.10.24). He then called again 9.9.24 and brought the situation back up. We then explained again that the guys do not put bills in the mailboxes. It's just the post office being delayed. We also explained the issue of why he has not been able to reach us. Reasons being he was calling after hours and Charter has been working on phone lines during business hours. After explaining the situation he then proceeded to degrade us and our business. We expressed if he was not happy with our services he could go to a different hauler. He then paid his bill and hung up. At this time he has been fully refunded.

I have paid them on time to pick up my trash service. I pay 2 months in advance. They have not picked up my garbage since mid October. I have called several times and they said their trash truck broke down. They have yet to pick it up. They have also blocked my number from calling.Business Response

This customer is still picked up. We had a new driver in October. Her trash was picked up and we still are picking her up. Once a week on Mondays as of 11.21.22. She was only missed one time. We do not have a block on our phone, sorry, and she still is a customer.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
My trash can sat out from Oct 31 - November 21. I stood in the street and blocked their drive thru. They finally stopped and they asked if it was my trash. I believe they should credit my account for the four weeks they didn't pick up the trash. I have paid for two months in advance.

A new driver was on this customer's route. Her pick up was missed 9/28/22. Customer called in irate, unable to communicate effectively after explaining we would pick up the following week. Customer has once a week pick up. Customer called multiple times ****, **** and 10.3. Her next pick up was scheduled for **** her normal pick up day. Because customer acted irrationally and would not listen to reason or rational explanations, her account with our business has been cancelled. Customer has been issued a refund.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
I was not being irrationally. I was listening to them but they were being rude to me. They hung up on me 2 times when all I was doing was asking a question. The first time I called when they said they missed me they told me they would pick up my trash on Thursday. Then no one showed up to pick up. They did not tell me it has to wait till the following week. I got no notice of cancellation. I did call them on Wednesday **** to see why they didnt pick up thats when they told me I was canceled and I was getting a refund then they hung up.
