    i hire him to do some work underneath my home for starters he kept disappearing long story short he never finish the job but he wanted money in advance which i gave him and which he has never returned

    I talked to him and told him it will take time.  I have a "bum" leg now, fired everyone from my company and sold the trucks.  I can't do anything.  I told him I would call BBB.  I want to make this right with him.  I will contact him in a month or so when my leg is better.

    In March I hired them to replace the floors in my home and they asked for $2,000 up front for materials. I told them the type of flooring I wanted and they brought me a different type of flooring. They left holes in my kitchen floor, in my laundry room, in my son's bathroom, and in the walls. They also didn't show up until 5pm when they told us they would begin work around 10am or 11am. I eventually fired them towards the end of March. Also, when I asked for a receipt for the materials they would not provide one. They also took beverages out of refrigerator without my permission.

    In June we spoke with ********* and she was interested in getting her subfloors done. We got the subfloors done. Then she said she wanted to receive a $1,000 back and also wanted to fire us. She said my people were gone too long. They left to go to the restroom and get something to eat that was over 3 miles away. I tried to be cordial and she basically was trying to get her subfloors done for nothing after we already did the work. I told her we couldn't give the money back because my people already provided the labor.

    I am rejecting this response because:  What they are saying is two stories, my cousin has to do the redo the work that they did.  I am going to take them to court
