    I hired Unlimited Trees to remove two trees and trim back some branches from other trees on July 31, 2024. They removed a third tree that was not supposed to have been cut down. They left two of the trees laying on the property instead of cutting them into blocks and moving them back into the *****. They also left damage in the yard from their equipment that they have not been back to repair. They also broke a block at the top of my retaining wall from a tree they cut down, and have not been back to replace it with a matching color. I paid $2,200 for these services. They have not responded to about a dozen messages I have left on their voice mail in the last two months. I would like the retaining wall block to be replaced with a matching color and the other two trees to be cut in pieces and moved back into the *****.

    I have been out to the consumers home to correct the retaining wall issue, but I got the wrong paint color, however I will be making a correction to that and I will also take care of the two trees and move them back into the *****.

    I originally filed this complaint against Unlimited Trees on September 23, 2024, and I received a response from the company on October 23, 2024, proposing a satisfactory resolution.  However, the company has not made any attempt to comply with this resolution, and has not responded to my phone call of November 6, 2024.  So I feel I need to refile this complaint at this time.

    I plan on getting out there November 20th.  To this the customers yard is over grown which makes it hard to maneuver and its been extremely wet out the past few weeks.
