      Extremely professional and prompt. I called about a bee infestation and they were able to get someone out right away. The team inspected our home and found the source of the bees. They were able to fix the issue before the issue could grow. The team was very personal and walked us through every step of the process. We are very happy with the work they did and their customer service.

      Hired them to prevent squirrels entering our home. They did remove the squirrels but then just filled the hole with spray foam which was chewed threw by the next morning and the squirrels were back. After disputing the charges due to failed work, they sent employees to our door unsolicited and repeatedly called. We cancelled the dispute and paid the charges to stop the harassment and had to pay another company to do the job right. A year later, they are saying we still owe money even though we sent proof of the funds being returned to the company.

      ***, it is not every often that we have to put an improper customer on *************** but because of your behavior, the false stories you make up and the fact that you did not uphold your portion of the service agreement (not even much there) but you are on that list. It is to be expected you will post this kind of ridiculousness on the BBB site, but, you really should launch a formal complaint with the BBB, that way we can send the BBB all the service records and the pictures of ************ and have them do a complete investigation.
