    This contractor has been amazing! I had no idea how to navigate the insurance process and they stepped in and took care of everything. My original insurance inspection came out far below what was actually needed and this company negotiated with them for me to make all my repairs possible. I havent lifted a finger they do it all. My roof was installed quickly and professionally and looks amazing.     Insurance experts. this is so important in our case, dealing with severe hail damage. Good communicators, punctual, did great work. This can be your one- stop-shop for roofing, windows siding. Very nice people and very professional. Highly recommend them.

    We cant sing enough praises about Fair Claims Contracting, and their owners, ****** and ******. Our home was damaged in May 2024. We hired a company that claimed to work with insurance companies to replace our roof, and realized that the individual did not even know how to deal with insurance companies. We still had massive work to be done and we were at a loss for what to do. Our subdivisions ******** group recommended Fair Claims Contracting. There were quite a number of homeowners giving them high praise for the work they had done. We hired them as our general contractor. They worked with our insurance to ensure that we got fair estimates from our insurance company by submitting various supplements. This is something that we did not even think was possible. I would recommend Fair Claims Contracting and the owners, ****** and ******, anytime and 100% of the time. I am in the service industry and know what quality service entails. ****** and ****** went above and beyond the call of duty when they served us. Our home is beautiful. They will be my first contact should I need contracting services. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for all your assistance, ****** and ******. We are satisfied clients.

    Avoid at all cost. Roughing crew left nails that caused damage. Did not complete work. Held warranties for ****** on money for things that weren't even completed.
