    On November 30th, I purchased Order #***** two items See 1A 1. 2009 ********** GT Rear Cradle Sub Frame Bolt Hardware Set (plate_number_1) - Quantity: 1 2. 2009 ********** GT Rear Suspension *************** Sub Frame OEM - Quantity: 1 The total cost was $412.25 USD after applying the Black Friday discount. All items were eligible for free delivery. See 1B According to your shipping policy, once I purchase a freight item, I should receive an email with further instructions and an invoice for shipping costs. However, I never received any invoice for shipping.See 1C-1E On December 3rd, I reached out via email to request confirmation but received no response. The vendor did call me that same day and asked for a callback. After inquiring through ******** Messenger, where I specified that my preferred method of contact was email, they continued to insist on a callback. SEE 1F-1G As a result, I called them on December 4th and was presented with two options: pick up the item at a local terminal or have it shipped for a cost of $108.14. On December 5th, I sent a text to cancel the order and was informed that I would incur a 25% restock fee for an item that had never shipped.See 1H On December 6th, I reached out via email for clarification and noticed that the owner was not being truthful. He only contacted me once by phone and failed to follow his own shipping policy by not sending an invoice.See 1I I was refunded $309.20, but I have not received the full amount of $412.25. I am still owed $103.05, which the owner has neglected to pay despite my attempts to follow up.
