    This place is insanely negligent and sneaky, when i moved in i was promised all the painting materials and drywall mud would be cleaned up, but when the time came to move in it was still there and i was forced to scrub drywall mud off of every surface with vinegar and a sponge, under the drywall i discovered we had no baseboards in the living room as well as a bug problem. in my entire 7 months of living here maintenance has come Once and when i complained ab our issues they said they would work on it. their idea of working on it was to send a man with a hammer to lay under my sink and do nothing for 15mins and then leave without so much as saying a word to my roommate or I. the garbage disposal has been consistently clogged and causes a leak whenever water is ran on the garbage disposal side of the sink, the dishwasher has a foul smelling sludgy black liquid in it that was not discovered until we moved in as i and my roommate were discouraged from opening doors. The hot water heater among other appliances leak regularly meaning i come home after work to a fully flooded apartment after not being able to constantly tend to the leaks during my work day. everything in my building is a hazard and is quickly deteriorating beneath me yet my apartment manager has not been seen since the day we signed the lease despite me trying to contact her multiple times a week in multiple ways.
