    The date of the transaction was 3/18/2024. I was in a car accident on 3/17. I was referred to 40 Hwy auto care by the owner from a previous accident I had. I took my car there and dropped it off. Filed a claim with my insurance. Once my Insurance company released the funds to me. The owner Mr. Gregory Evans told me he needed half down to start the work. I paid the money and left me car in his care. He had my car over two months in which I had to pay extra rental car costs. I was NEVER given timely updates. When I received my car back. It was a horrible mess. Filthy inside. He added an extra 640 plus miles to the car. I took my car to another shop and paid a $300 break down fee. It was discovered that my car was missing parts. My sensor box was not connected. Only one head light was replaced, but not the headlight module. My bumper was put on with wood screws. My headlights only shine about 15 feet ahead of me to where I can't drive my car ant night. The hood that was replaced on my car was not new and was split as well as other pieces were missing and not bolted down. I have gone back and forth with Mr. Evens to fix my car with empty promises and now his phone is cut off.

    Took my car to be put in diagnosis rack for small power steering problem. I received my car back 8 hrs later leaking and original parts stolen. I contacted shop they panicked and told me to bring it back. I took my car to another shop to find out the engine they replaced mines with was not even installed properly,they stole my motor mount and replaced it with one that does not fit. All my screws on my frame has been turned. The shop ******* ****s(owner) told me whatever they took off they put back on then he stated they took pins,hose and a rack of my car but put it back. They also stole my transmission and catylitc converter. This is the most disgusting experience in my life. I'm not the first hopefully I'll be the last
