I recommend Justin and Gen X Fire Sprinkler Services LLC from start to finish. His service has been nothing short of exceptional. Justin is always a call or text away when I need certificate copies or general questions. Gen X knowledge and expertise in fire safety are evident from the moment you call him. What really sets Gen X Fire Sprinkler Services apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction and personal attention. It is a Veteran owned small business and it shows in the quality and care of their service.
Justin took the time to thoroughly assess our needs and explained all our options in a way that was both clear and informative. Justin went above and beyond to ensure our replacement sprinklers were installed properly and up to code. Not to mention Gen X was thousands of dollars less than other big business bids who out source their labor.
He works smart and is well organized which saves us down time and money. We used a large national fire protection company in the past. There is just no comparison; one person that can do it all, he’s honest and efficient.
It’s no surprise Gen X is a trusted name in the industry. I highly recommend Gen X without any hesitation!

Justin with Gen X Fire Sprinkler has been awesome to work with from the start of the project, design phase, permitting and through the final inspections. He has educated me about the products, coverage requirements and installation process for my residential memory care home.
