    This company installed a deck and within the less than 3 weeks it has been up, the front gate has broken 3 times. Owner told my property manager that I agreed that he would build the cheapest deck possible to save money since I am on a fixed income, that conversation never happened. I was making payments so the deck did not need to be built so poorly. He quoted me a price that I agreed too, that was all. I have lots of pictures if needed. He had no experience building a deck and should not have built this deck. I have a friend that weighs approx. 150lbs and when she stepped on one of the boards it bowed and split. It could not hold her weight. I am unable to use the deck for fear of it collapsing. I want a full refund $1500.00 The city inspector is coming back out, the supports are on bricks, no proper support. I will have to have the deck rebuilt so I am asking for my money back. Also, prior to this I paid $2400. to have new skirting put on my home, and he was to put the rest on when he built the deck. He did not so I paid for product I did not get, I also want reimbursed for that too. At least $400.00 He also built a fence and it is all crooked and also put together very poorly. I would also like reimbursement of half $425. to have the fence fixed so it looks professionally done.
    Refund requested for deck, and Billing adjustment/refund for Skirting I was shorted and fence.
