First, we have a new property manager and we were not notified once about the changes going on. Second, this new property manager is wrongfully terminating our lease now I’ll explain why. Our vehicle was wrongfully removed (towed) from the driveway, apparently none of us are supposed to park in the driveway multiple tenants have been parking in for years. I’m reporting this because it’s also supposedly a lease violation, I’ve went over my lease over and over again and it doesn’t provide any information on not parking there I can provide the pdf if needed. A sign was put up the same day this altercation happened and now they’re terminating my lease after everything that’s happened. I just want to know why I’m actually being kicked out of my house that I paid rent for on time and now that there’s new management with no source of proper communication I have to leave by the 30th of this month when my car was repossessed wrongfully, she sent the towing company to tow my car after I got off of work 8/28/2024 and I’m pretty sure this new “fire lane sign” was not there when I parked in the same spot everyone else has parked in for years, mind you that she never gave any of us any notice on not parking there, even though this is new to everyone with the same lease. I have to go to court because of an altercation that the property manager caused and not only that, her vendor is lying about what actually happened. The vendor nor the tow truck driver communicated to me that the property manager sent them (wrongfully) and after towing my vehicle, her vendor called my car company and told them a one sided story, they wanted to keep my car unless they got a full payment until we gave them our side of what happened. I honestly feel disrespected by ***** ******** in general for not communicating before acting. I also think they’re going to want more money from me they expect me to pay bills when they’re towing my vehicle before rent is due and not telling me where it’s going
