    last weekend I needed some places in downtown KCMO shoveled of snow so ***** ******* the manager of this group came down with 4 men they all worked from about 9pm at night to 9 am in the morning the next day only one of those employees didn't get paid from their boss I know only because I was watching out my window as they were disputing the money from the job and I had to give the money to ***** because he was the manager of this business and I'm a good friend of the person who didn't get paid. I think they did a horrible job with what they came to do And by that I mean I watched these 3 men sit inside this truck smoking what looked like joints on the job site cursing a lot and leaving one employee to stay out in the cold while everyone else got to sit in the truck and keep warm.

    I am writing in response to the complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau regarding our company’s involvement at address listed on the complaint. I appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation
    After thoroughly reviewing our records, we did not provide any snow removal services at the property listed on the complaint, and could not have cause any damage to be repaired.  I believe this is fraudulent claim from a former disgruntled employee.
