    We have a bunch of family in town so we ordered 3 pizzas tonight from Marco’s in Independence, MO. When delivered, the driver said the garlic sauces were in the boxes and we accepted the pizzas and closed the door. We quickly noticed there were no garlic sauces AND one of the three pizzas was wrong. It was half veggie/half meat and jalapeños. The toppings were mixed up between the halves. I called Marcos immediately and spoke to “Mick” (?) or Nicole (the name on receipt) and explained the situation. She said they’d make the correct pizza and send that and the garlic sauces in about 30 minutes. I thanked her and hung up. She called me back a few minutes later and said we were not allowed to touch the pizza and had to give it back so “she can make sure we’re being honest” and she hung up. We have a bunch of people over and everyone is hungry. I took photos as proof the pizza was incorrect. About 30 minutes later, the correct pizza and sauces arrive. We showed the driver the photos as proof and she said okay and left the new pizza. Then 10 minutes later, I get another phone call from Marcos. It’s the same woman I spoke to earlier and she is YELLING at my husband, calling him a liar, saying we stole from them, and says they put us on the ‘do not deliver’ list and hung up on us. My husband called back and tried to explain everything and we asked for the manager. She said she IS the general manager of that store and hung up on us again.
    In total, I received 3 phone calls from this GM harassing us, yelling, lying, and calling us names. This person should not be a GM since she lacks basic professionalism, leadership qualities, and social skills. This person should be removed from her position of authority.
