    Not only was I lied on by this company, I was permanently deferred for filing a complaint with upper management. My address, date of birth or identification was checked during my new donor enrollment because the workers was to interested in me than doing his job. I was lied on saying I threw things and said things that never happened. After reading out to every email and phone number I could find I was assured that someone from corporate would reach out. It’s been 8 months and nothing. This company is putting peoples lives in danger by not efficiently documenting the donors and when they do mess up they defer the client who was wronged and just wanted to make it right. This place should be closed down.

    I have been donating at this center for over a year and a half now and only in this last month have they deferred me four times for body odor. I explained to them that I work outside all day and I walk 3 miles to come and donate and all they tell me is I need to shower and change. In order for that to happen I would have to take a day off from work because I barely have enough time to make it there and donate. And I seem to get a little of discrimination when it's the same two people complaining all the time but nobody else has a problem with me. I make it through the screening process and then they tell me to go to an exam room where they tell me I can't donate.
