Wish I could give her 0 stars! Very unprofessional and rude! I see why her business is not bbb accredited! Very slow to respond to maintenance request but quick to charge me for a washer machine I had said was broken for months. Tried to falsely end my lease early until I called her out on her nonsense & refused to let me off the lease in a domestic violence situation! Laura only cares about her money and not you as a person! Told my roommate I had evictions on my record when i lived at home, at school and at the same place for 3 years until I did not renew my lease! Laura is messy and as a landlord will sit there and discuss you behind your back and then try to argue with you when you call her out! Do not rent from her apartments are overpriced and raggedy

I asked you to take me off the lease months ago but you only care about your money so you didn’t even though you had multiple reports of abuse & fighting from the neighbors . I’m happily in another place now & that eviction and money owed has nothing to do with me but this is just another clear example of how unprofessional you are!!Review fromKrysteen W

Laura has been the worse property manager ever.she values making more than the renters. Our apartment since last year has been leaking in the living room whenever it rains. Whenever we ask her when it will be fix says it not her problem. She is rude on the phone, late to reply about any repairs in the house, be ready to be charged on an electrician coming over for maintenance. Can’t wait for the lease to end for us to move out. If I could give zero stars I would but had to make my complain.Laura Lynne Real Estate, LLC

Recently had a change is property management and Laura took over, her needs to make money are over the needs of the renters. Since shes taken over weve been downgraded appliances and have bare minimum maintenance done with work orders. We have talk to her about how disappointed we are and her only response was sorry you feel that way Weve been in the same rental house for going on 3 years now and cant wait for the lease to be up and get out. Thanks for taking the time to write a review. This always seems to come from people who owe us money. You had eight work orders that were submitted over a 6 month period, and all were addressed within 48 hours. The fridge was ordered based on the specs you gave us.
