    Our lawnmower would not start, contacted craftsman and was told that device was under warranty and was provided a local shop to go to for repair. King’s small engine repair, had to place a $35 deposit and was told that we would be contacted if required work was not under warranty. Received a call stating that the mower was ready for pick up. Upon arrival, had to pay $60.94. Questioned as to why call was not made informing that device was not covered and to inform of what work was needed and was told that no one answered and voicemail was full. Asked employee why they did not say that the item was not under warranty when they called to say mower was ready and did not receive an answer. Called craftsman back to confirm rather warranty was active and they asked of what work was done. Spark plug was changed, oil filled, and blades sharpened all which were not under warranty and we were not notified of what work was needed to authorize. Craftsman also stated that they do not have record that anyone called to inquire as to rather the needed work was covered.

    I paid $775 for a complete repair of my Lawn Mower to Kings Small Engine Repair. Cash to **** **** $800. Returned change today $25.

    I have made several attempts to reach this company
    **** ** states he had not received any messages but states he has been trying to reach me (if you haven’t received any messages then why are you trying to reach me? STUPID)

    I need my money back. He will not repair my lawnmower again and states he can’t cut my grass. Until repair is complete.

    I have given all the options I can to make this possible

    I just want my money back no exceptions

    I will not allow him to take my lawnmower away from my house again he will have to fix on sight
