1 starThe owner quoted me 2 days to remodel my small (40 square ft) bathroom. It ended up taking 19 days, from start to finish. I had to text the owner multiple times to do a job that I had paid him to do. (Took over 2 weeks just to install my gutters after replacing my entire roof.) I also had hoped to get the trash from the demolition off of my front porch step before July 4, (texted the owner on July 2nd to remind him), and it took over 10 days to collect two boxes off my porch. (They were big boxes - one containing a large demo’ed toilet) The owner, Justin believes he had done nothing wrong in giving me quotes that he could not fulfill nor did he come back and do touch ups to my bathroom after my shower door and mirror were hung up. His crew was NEVER on time and had to be reminded to do things they said they would do, not just once but many, many times. Overall, I had a terrible experience with this company, and all that I truly expected out of Justin and his crew was quality work and clear communication, I got neither. Please safe yourself some money and headache and choose another company to do home renovations. I also have half a dozen pictures I wish I could include to show the shoddy work they did. Really bummed I lost out on money on a job I could have done myself and at my own leisure.

Mrs.A****** we don’t understand how the review you left pertains to us. You had a tree fall on your home, we came out and emergency trapped it and swiftly replaced the whole roof and gutters through an insurance claim as we have agreed to do so, the only work we did for you was your roof and gutters. You asked for recommendations and I gave you multiple subcontractors information. As far as us here at Recon Restorations we do specialize in roof and gutters. We’re sorry to hear your experience with these other companies was less then satisfactory. If you have a work order or agreement from us pertaining to your bathroom please feel free to forward it to us as we have no record of working on your bathroom and we’ll be happy to come to an agreement and make the situation right but as it stands your work was for your roof and gutters and we have sent you the only agreement and payment that you have made to Recon Restorations and your Roof and Gutters were completed in a timely manner . 5 starsWe choose Recon Restorations after a leak developed over our dining area. I called several roofers and contractors absolutely none of them even got onto the roof. Just gave me numbers. Our insurance company sent out a drone operator to take photos, but it wasn’t detailed enough to show anything so our claim was denied. I had a friend of ours hand me Justin at Recon’s number for another opinion. Justin was fourth to come out and he threw a ladder up right away and really inspected the roof and found hail damage on our roof, gutters and garage door. After going to bat with the insurance company for us, he sent all the photos in detailing the damage. Insurance then approved and the results are great. No more leaks, a good looking roof, new garage door and nice white shiny gutters. They are not just a roofing company, they fixed and replaced the inside damage parts of our dining ceiling. Good work. Would definitely use again for other projects as well as roofing if we ever need it.Recon Restorations

5 starsJustin and his team did a great job on my roof and I really appreciate Justin working with the claims group from my insurance company. I initially filed a claim and was told there was zero damage. I called Justin to inspect and he found hail damage in several areas and was able to help me work with my insurance claims group to get a full replacement. I also appreciate how well Justin communicated about the status of the roof. I highly recommend Justin and Recon Restoration.Recon Restorations

5 starsJustin and Aaron were great to work with from start to finish. They made everything stress free, from the initial inspection to working through our options. Constant communication and updates....Justin even had his crew finish up Thanksgiving morning. 5 starsJustin and Aaron truly went to bat and fought for us with the insurance company for a roof and gutter replacement. They’re both extremely driven and have shown their wealth of knowledge regarding roofs and siding. If you have an experience anything like us, most of the waiting is going to be on yourselves or the insurance company since they both provided timely feedback throughout the entire process.
