We bought a 5th wheel from them that was on consignment, the auto leveling does not work properly and we have nothing but plumbing problems, we cannot use the shower because it backs up, and we live in this so there is no way for us to take it down there and wait a month or so for them to “fix” it. I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE, they won’t help us in anywayBusiness Response

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with your RV and want to provide some clarity and direction on how to move forward.

I have contacted the business numerous times about the RV leaking. This is a brand new unit (2025). When buying the RV they assured me they had a mobile unit to come out and repair things. Now they don't. It has been 2 weeks and more storms coming. I live in the RV. When I mentioned my concerns to them, they said if I'm that concerned I can bring it in and leave it with them.Business Response

We have the customer on the calendar for repairs. Please note, customer is unable to bring the unit to the dealership which makes servicing it remotely very challenging as these types of repairs are not generally done remotely. That being said we are working toward a solution.

I feel I am getting nowhere. This situation has gone on for a month now. I bought the 2025 RV on Feb 28, 2025. I took off work on a Friday because it was supposed to be delivered that day. It wasn't because the hitch was broken. It was delivered the following day when I had to work. Then I reported the 2 leaks March 12. I got the run around for about 2 weeks. Then the financial paperwork was wrong. It had me buying an RV that didn't match the VIN. They wanted me to take off work again to fix the issue. I couldn't. I then contacted the BBB and then everyone wanted to speak to me. To tell me how wrong it was to contact you. We are now a month later, constant raining, the 2 leaks still exist, water damage to the roof and possibly the floor. I am requesting a different 2025 Grand Design Reflection 360 FLS. One with no damage.Initial Complaint

Going on a trip I noticed the roof membrane on my RV Camper had a bubble in front from air getting under it. I took it to Unlimited RV. A worker examined it and assured me it would be an easy fix. It would need a few days for the glue to cure. I left it there and would pick it up a week later. After picking it up on the drive home my daughter noticed the bubble was still there. After getting home I climbed up to inspect it and it appeared they had not glued the membrane down and had only put a bunch of caulking on the front edge. I contacted the Unlimited RV shop supervisor, ****, and he claimed the repair had been done properly and said they did not glue the membrane down. He said it wasn’t needed. He offered to reimburse me for one hour’s labor which I declined. I looked on line to see how the repair should have been done and also consulted with a local RV repairman and he said the repair wasn’t done properly and it would cost even more to fix what they had done.Business Response

Customer requested a quick fix to get them home which is what was provided. The roof on this camper needs a significant amount of work and a $400 quick fix is just that, not the $3K plus repair that this roof needs.
We did what the customer requested.

We purchased a used camper from unlimited RV in Eldon, MO for $12,000 and was told “title in hand” we went to license the camper and realized we didn’t have the title. I called our salesman and he said we should have received it in the mail from their Kansas City location. Never received it and was then told the title had the wrong vin number and the DOR needed a lien release from our bank for unlimited to get the title. My bank could not provide that. On May 3rd the DOR said the title was issued on 5/1/24. May 7th, unlimited RV received the title and was to get the vin number fixed and take the camper to get inspected by highway patrol. May 13th I asked for an update and got no reply. May 22nd I asked for an update and was told they had to send documents to the state to process. July 2nd I was told their check had been deposited over 10 days ago so that tells us the state is working on it. On August 10th we went into the dealership and spoke with manager about what was going on. He said he would call me on 8/12 by noon. I got a call at 4:30pm saying there is no update. Told them to take their camper back and refund us the money. Was told they would call me on 8/13 after speaking to the owner. Got no phone call and wouldn’t answer my phone call. Wednesday 8/14 the owner was suppose to be in going to help figure this out. Received no phone call. After hours I made a polite post on Facebook asking if anyone had recommendations on what to do to get our title. Within 15mins I received a phone call stating they will not refund me the money because the title was issued to me. I never have seen the title, last I was told it was being processed with the state. Was told to just wait for the title.Business Response

We have and continue to work with the customer to correct their title which was received with incorrect information. Everything as been submitted to the state and we are simply waiting on the state to return a corrected title which we believe will happen very soon.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: Your accusation of “I would go as far as to say the consumer has used it all summer and just wants their money back” won’t hold up in court. This camper has only been pulled twice, which both times I have gotten a temp tag from my salesman. The last temp tag I got from you expired on 7/25/24. It has not been moved since July 7th. If I wanted to camp in it I would have to ask you for yet another temp tag that isn’t expired. If I had a title in hand, I could have just listed the item for sale and been done with it and we wouldn’t be in this situation.
Sincerely,

On 09/21/22, my husband and I put a $1000 deposit down on an RV. Financing did not come thru, and I have requested my deposit back via phone call (message left with ****), online thru their website via email twice, and text message twice. I have requested it be put back on the same debit card and asked for a phone call if that wasn't possible. I have not heard back from anyone and would like my money back ASAP.Business Response

Customer signed a nonrefundable deposit form and had us hold the camper for approx 3 weeks assuring us they had good enough credit to purchase the camper, showing us the their credit pulls. We were hesitant but the customer insisted we hold the camper as they were confident they would qualify. Once their credit was finally ran their scores did not meet lenders expectations. Signed deposit form available upon request.
