    Been trying to contact them for weeks about billings - keep getting some voice mail and no one ever returns calls. Last time got routed to some number in Oklahoma!!!! Very frustrating.

    I have been using Scharig Alarms Systems for many years and by far the best company out there. The customer service and pricing is the best. I love to support local businesses and will never go with any other company.

    0 stars. I have been trying to contact them for 6 weeks after taking over a lease with their sign attached to the building and their equipment installed. I never got a call back, I was transferred to a number that has a full vm box. Second time ** I asked questions the operator told me I couldn't talk to him that way and transferred me to an answering service. 3rd time I was told we don't have to use them even though they were the original installers and we have their equipment in our building. I tried to give them my business and they shamed me for asking questions and refused my business. Do not go to them.
