      The job was started in the month of September of 2023. They have been back a total of three times so far & we're waiting for them to return again, all for the same reason. Thay say its been fix each time they come but in a few weeks it blows off again. we were told this is covered under their warranty, but my complaint is, it was never done right to begin with. during the time we were told they would be coming, more of our siding has blown off. The first payment is due 12 months after the install, in our opinion the install has never been complete. We have had siding flopping around in the wind & rain for close to two weeks this last time, with no ideal when they will return.

      We have sent our top senior managers from the company to the customer's project. We have addressed concerns that the customer has stated in this BBB. They are resolved. We also are even responding to other issues that were noticed and brought up during our visit to the customer's home. We have ordered additional materials to resolve these additional issues. When those additional materials come in, we will make sure that this time around when we leave the customer will be totally thrilled and love their home! The original complaint filed with the BBB is resolved and we will be diligent in resolving the additional issues.

      This company was hired to replace siding on our shop, The company sent out a crew that went into unauthorized areas of my shop, took items, broke items and caused overall loss and damages. This company agreed to ground and pipe work which was also done incorrectly and now they will not fix it the way it should be.

      Continental was contracted for siding which was completed. 

      Continental was not contracted to do any pipe work, as we are not plumbers. We don’t do that kind of work. 

      It was around one year after we completed the siding that Mr. ****** accused our install crew of theft. He signed off on a completion certificate and paid us in full for the project without mentioning any theft. 

      We’ve never had an issue with a crew stealing and we don’t feel this happened on this job either. 

      We did discontinue our professional relationship with the install crew that did the siding install and Mr. ****** did hire that contractor to do some work for him and that’s the project he has an issue with. Continental can not be held responsible for work we were not contracted to do.

      Contract states company would smooth out the dirt area and grass and seed it on both sides. It was signed by "****". This has not been done. If they are willing to put the pipe in, I will waive the dirt work. I do not have a contract regarding the pipe work. **** made the deal with me. My siding is also messed up and I want that fixed.

      Purchased product, product installed improperly, result ruined my wall due to moisture coming into my home Continental after five or more calls is not interested in resolving this issue. I'm out money out of pocket due to their neglect of improperly installed product. Had to file a claim with my insurance due to Continental negligence.

      I would like to withdraw or consider the problem with Continental siding Resolved. 
      Mr. **** ********* is a man of his word. He has gone above and beyond my expectations in looking into and correcting issues with the project at **** ******** *** *** ********** ********. 
      Mr. ********* and his crew were very courteous and professional. 
      Mr. ********* was very attentive to my concerns and assured me that Continental siding was there for me.
