    Here is a quick summary as well. I purchased $1700 worth of cards from a business that has a shop on tiktok so I assumed they were reputable as they had 5 stars. I purchased through cashapp after settling on a price on DISCORD (a messaging app I use for my business) and received confirmation they received payment and that they "shipped" the items. I checked the tracking number and it never updated from label printed, they then said that UPS cancelled the label and lost the package in their distribution center (even though they never scanned the item to accept it). So this put up red flags but he said they would have it resolved in 24 hours. I waited 24 hours and had to reach back out to him and he said they still didn't know where it was so I went ahead and asked for a refund and he never answered after several attempts over 3 days. I then reached out through tiktok messenger since I know he had a shop there. He said he would not refund me until they figured out what was going on, I said I had no proof of him sending anything and wanted a refund or I would need to seek another option, he then blocked me. Upon this, I investigated further and saw he recently scammed 2 additional people through the tiktok shop this past week (i have attached pictures). I am looking into pressing charges for wire fraud against his LLC which I have attached as well. Here is summary of the attachments:


    Dispute1) Proof of purchase and him stating the package was lost/cancelled
    Dispute2) Proof of me asking for a refund several times with no answer
    Dispute3) Proof of me asking for a refund via cashapp as instructed by cashapp and being denied by him
    Dispute4) Proof I reached out via another platform and him refusing to refund even though I have no proof of him fulfilling the order and him proceeding to block me
    Dispute5) Evidence of other people being scammed by him in the past week
    Dispute 6 and 7) Evidence of the person's LLC
