    This is a company that advertises for predatory towing in Kansas City area. They will scam and charge whatever they feel like with no reason for the charges other than they want to line their pockets. They raised their prices three times within 30 minutes when I was trying to recover one of our fleet vehicles. Shot up from $1190 to $4425 for absolutely no reason. I am taking this to the Attorney General and city who are already combating the predatory towing companies.

    They are illegally towing cars and charging a ridiculous amount of money to get your car back. Then the only thing they require to get your car back so whatever the fee is cash only and an ID. No proof of ownership, registration insurance nothing. Total illegal and I’m going to make it my mission to get them shut down.

    Autobot towing towed my car that was parked in a private lot - I showed up as they were leaving and called their number. The vehicle was titled under my parents name and they would not give me any information on how to even go about getting the vehicle back or how much it would cost, and wouldnt even give me an address where I could go and sort it out in person. My vehicle was towed at 7:36pm on a Saturday, which despite having posted business hours of 24 hours 7 days a week, I was charged an after hours fee, and when I retrieved the vehicle 16 hours later at 2:00pm the following day(we were told that was the earliest time we could retrieve it) I was charged for two days of storage.
