      My truck was told outside of **** ********* **** not at **** ********* ****. My vehicle was parked by club camera. I called ********** at 2:32am about my vehicle they claim that they received a call based on sheet at approximately 12:42am and they picked it up at 1:43am and transported it to **** ** **** Kansas City Mo 64108. I do not have a contract with ** ******* ***** nor do I have a contract with Hooker's Towing LLC who illegally told my vehicle. *** was very rude and hung up with me asking questions about my vehicle. When at the time he did not ask for ID, Proof of insurance no information pertaining to the vehicle just cash for $355 dollars.

         We got a call from A building owner Near **** ****** night club. The owner of the building diagonal from the night club Stated he was concerned about the safety of the surrounding buildings because a truck was blocking a dumbster and fire hydrant. Caller stated He saw our Private Property tow signs and got our number. My Driver drove to the location and saw a truck blocking the fire hydrant and dumpster so he removed the vehicle from the spot. The owner of the vehicle stated he parks there all the time. We have never seen this vehicle there. The owner was upset and rude and very disrespectful even when we tried to explain why the vehicle was impounded. We tried numerous times to explain the reason why because he was asking then the owner of the truck kept yelling and cussing everytime we tried to talk.

      I am rejecting this response because: As stated before I asked for a contact number of the business who contacted you. I called *** ******** ********* they said they allow cars to park on their sidewalk over but there business long as they do not block their driveway. Eagle pitcher lead co is not even an open business. So again, you have failed to disclose the business who said that my vehicle was a problem. Also, there was a car in front of my vehicle right in front of trash can. Do you have proof or pictures of my vehicle before you towed it? Also, can you provide me with the contact person of what business you are referring to that called you and also an explanation of why my vehicle was towed to kc vintage cars and not hookers tow llc? Also why was my car not taking down to the city impound lot where they verify owner of vehicle and information for releasing the vehicle? **** is the owner of ** ***** night club he also said his establishment did not call and was able to give me the money to retrieve my vehicle. These guys sat there and laughed when getting my vehicle as well as hung-up and was rude as well. Id would like to resolve this matter with my money back 355.00 cash and with proof of owner who business is diagonal with call from that night at 12:42 per your vehicle summary. Also, again you stated my vehicle was on 2829 southwest blvd in pictures enclosed my vehicle was nowhere in that area or by that establishment.

      Tow service was dispatched to pick up my vehicle 10/22/2023(Sunday). Instead of taking the car to the agreed destination they took it to their tow lot(to get a storage fee) claiming my repair shop wouldn’t be opened ( not true, they allow weekend drop offs). Not only did they go to their tow lot, but it was the wrong direction (increasing the fee further). Three days later the vehicle still hasn’t made it to its destination. According to my insurance rep the bill for this 15 mile tow is over $1400 prior to it leaving the shop.

      Was in an accident. They pulled over in their tow truck and waited. (Illegal many places). Then when cop asked about a tow, they were standing right there so decided to ask them for a tow. Had it towed to their yard, which they said would be 165.00.
      They then charged 700$ to get the car back. Was only left at their yard Sunday because they were closed.
      Mystery fees added, false signature added to paperwork, complete scam artists! ( one of the fees added was wait time, which they decided to do on their own and made no mention of when discussing the tow fee.)
