    ***** ***** is the owner of Top Notch Lawn and Tree Service, LLC in Pleasant Hill, MO. His new number is ************* ***** operates his business by having customer's pay upfront for lawn services, which I have invoices to prove payment. He has not shown up to mow my lawn for 3 weeks now, when it was agreed to a weekly service. He now dodges phone calls and texts after I have asked to discontinue business and wanting the balance of my payments returned. He is very quick to take money upfront, then disappears. It started with excuses why he could not make it and then went silent. His performance is in line with constant reviews placed on ******, which I wish I read before hiring him. All I want from him is the balance of my money returned and go our separate ways. Do not want anything to do with him and want to protect other potential victims.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    This is a lie that his business closed 4-5 months ago. He is still accepting business and scamming people as more reviews are posted on ******. He has done the same thing to my parents and multiple houses in the neighborhood. ***** has also stated that my refund was in process and said he would send a tracking number but never did and now stopped responding. He is a perpetual liar and will keep scamming people. I can have everyone in my parents neighborhood provide proof of similar situations with *****.
