    If I could I would leave a zero star. This company came out to my house , through square trade to fix my pump that was leaking on my washer first I was told by the technician that they sent a dishwasher part. Then after he looked the part up he said no it might be the right part , I left him to do his job , after about 30 min he came in my hallway said if anything is wrong call your insurance company. I found that odd especially not to check and see if it would leak. Upon looking I noticed huge gouges all over the inside of my washer I immediately asked my husband to catch him. He was already gone then noticed blood all over my unit I called square trade right away they asked me to try and use it and it wouldn’t work kept giving me error code that my door lock was broke. Sure enough it was broke. I told square trade and they said they would handle it. Next morning I called quality used appliances and the owner jay had every excuse I became angry because he thinks that this is okay for his technician to do this in my home and leave me with no washer. He also stated they do not test their work to make sure that it is done properly , later in the day after talking with my insurance company my husband moved the washer out and there were parts to my washer that were not put back on thrown behind it to cover up what he had not put back on . The owner will not make this right my husband has reached out and he will not call back. Now I’m here with a broke washer and have to come out of my own pocket to replace it ! Horrible business and his reviews are awful. I’m hoping square trade no longer uses this company
