We have sent a repair crew here to this skylight. Our company attempted a repair on this leaking skylight and the customer was advised that they will need a new skylight provided by the client if it continued to leak. Repair work offers no warranty. We will follow up and continue to try to help this client.

I told them if they can put the roof on my mobile home for $7,000.00, they can do it. They said yes. They replaced every single pallet on my roof. They get up there and broke my skylight. They asked it I wanted it fixed original or plexiglass and I said to replace it with the original glass. They ended up putting a piece of plywood up there because they said they would charge me extra to put the original glass back in. I paid them $7,100.00 plus and say that I owe them another $1,480.00. She said this is for all the pallets. I want them to honor what we originally agreed to $7,000.00.

This statement by the homeowner is partially false. We agreed to a price up front and in our contract it states that if we use more than one sheet of decking on the roof there will be an additional charge of $80/sheet . We ended up using 24 sheets of plywood on the customers roof. The customer originally agreed and started making monthly payments to pay off the decking and then decided she did not want to pay anymore. The skylight we found to be damaged upon doing the roof . We gave the client the option to remove or replace the skylight . she chose to remove the skylight which we did . This is a case of the client not honoring our estimating as stated . We can send the contract we send to the client if that will help this situation. Here is a copy of the clients estimate . In the line item under total price it states add charges after one sheet of decking.  I am also attaching a few photos of the bad decking on the roof. At this time the client still owes $1,480.  Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
