      Advanced Tree Service removed some trees for us and the crew did a good job so we had them clean up an area of our yard, doing forest mulching. They dropped a huge log which rolled over some expensive landscape stairs, into the fence. They fixed the fence but couldn't repair the stairs correctly so we had the guy who built them come out. His repair cost us more than $2000, and when we tried to talk to the owner about covering it he refused to call us back. We tried several times and were promised he would, but he never did. The date of the service was 11/22/23.

      This past summer my neighbor&#**;s tree was taken down by this company. They damaged a retaining wall that I had just put up the year before at the cost of $7000. I spoke to the owner, ****, he promised that he would take care of the damages. It was $1200 to get it repaired. He told me to have the company send the bill to him. But I found out from the company that the ******************* hasn&#**;t been paid. I called the tree service three times and I get the runaround.
