    I purchased several items from this company but only received a partial shipment they left out about half the order but didn’t refund the amount for the missing items or send a separate packages. When trying to reach out to them through email there is not one and when you hit the word email it just cycles back to the same page. When calling no one answers the phone and it’s not a business phone it’s just says google subscriber not available and I left a message with no response. So there is no way to get a hold of them to discuss how to fix the problem. I feel like I got scammed. The candy was good but the handling of responding is a joke. I feel like the advertisement is incorrect when it say 100% guaranteed if it was there would be a clear way to reach out to them to fix the problem. I just want them to send the delivery I paid for or refund my money.

    This ******* I heard from the company today Dec 6, 2024, they are going to be replacing not only the items forgotten but adding a few extras. The man I spoke to was very kind and helpful. I will let you know if and when the items come in. I was treated very respectful and he apologized for the situation .

    On May, 10th 2024 I placed an order on the ****** shop through the company The Freeze Dried Candy Shop. The order was for a total of 14 bags of freeze dried candy, which included 1 free bag from the seller for buying so many. I used a coupon that the tiktok shop provided me, as well as the sale the seller had running at the time to get an amazing price on this candy, I paid a total of $34.68 and saved $10 on the order. The seller printed a label for my order on May 10th and then never shipped it. I reached out on May 18th to the seller letting them know my shipping never updated. They messaged two days later and said they would let their shopping department know. Since my order, I have had a friend order from them and received her product in less than a week and she is much further away. It is my belief that they did not want to honor the pricing THEY offered, so they will just ignore me until the order is auto canceled and they don't have to provide the product. This is an absolute shady way to practice business! They also will not respond to tiktok shop I just want the product that I paid for.

    Good morning, I would just like to update this complaint, and possibly have it closed being as the seller shipped my items yesterday evening. I still have not received any type of communication from them and that's fine, all I wanted was the product I paid for.

    My daughter (*****) ordered candy. According to the tracking it was supposed to be delivered on 10/24. **** from the freeze dried candy store told me it was sitting at my local post office. I have spent hours and days talking with my local post offices and there is no package. The post office said they never received it. When I told **** this he never responded. My latest email to **** asked him if he expects this to be our problem and loss. He will not respond.

    The customer has received a full refund since they purchased our shipping protection for their order. We were trying to figure out what was going on and what happened with the post office so that we had all the details and to make sure the package was lost for good before we sent the refund. We do apologize that this process has taken time and has caused frustration on our customer's end. We vaule our customers and do believe that customer service is of great importance when running a company. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us.
