    Over it. Wasted almost a year on them. ALWAYS shorting vials when they send them then refuse to send more so I had to short the amount I used every week to make them last. Always an excuse but never much help. Started having issues with needles and they refused to let me switch to drops until my next appt over a month away at which time I'd have to start from scratch again. The shots didn't help anyway. Had to add nose spray after taking 2 shots a week and already taking prescription allergy pills. Plus he told me to start putting drops that he gave me in drinks to help. So why pay for shots if I have to start taking all these other things? My PCP says they are worthless but she gave me a referral to see for myself. ****** learned. I hope all allergy offices aren't like this. Change policies and don't bother telling you until you try to get more mailed. Oh, and sending glass vials that are supposed to be refrigerated in bubble bags and no ice packs or anything????? If they can be in the mail for a few days without refrigeration, why do WE need to keep in fridge? They forgot to mail vials and I had to drive 100 miles round trip to pick them up???? Dr seemed fine but the staff on the allergy side is THE WORST.
