    After moving out of Jefferson West Apartments, Jefferson City Cleaning Services was invited by Jefferson West Apartments to clean the apartment after our move out. My wife and I had the apartment fairly clean with almost everything moved out. We had accidentally left a string of lights and two outdoor chairs. A week later, we received a vacate report from Jefferson West Apartments with an outrageous request of $768 for labor on "Damages/Repairs". There was not damages or repairs that were required of the apartment. What they did quote for was 12 hours of scrubbing our toilet and wiping down the oven. The way we left it, there probably wasn't anymore than minor detail cleaning left behind. I've attached photos of the apartment.

    The claims are nowhere near the reality of the apartment's state when we moved out. The photos Jefferson West Apartments has provided do not constitute 12 1/2 hours of work at all.The claim that we were given another opportunity to come back and clean is false.
