    The issue is I contacted him through ******** ****** and I purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer. I paid him $1425.00. The $1400 was for the appliances and the $25.00 was for a delivery fee because I was not able to get the stuff right then and there. I contacted him and asked him what would be a good day for him to deliver the appliance's. Purchased this stuff back on 06/06/2023 I contacted him again for delivery on 06/29/2023 to set up a date for the items to be delivered. He text me back stating he was busy. Nothing happened and text him back. Then finally he sent me a text asking if a Monday was a good date but he did not confirm the time. I have texted him multiple times and he has not responded and I have given him the benefit of the doubt and waited the next Monday and still have not received any type of communication from him. The last text I sent was on 07/08/2023. I want to be refunded in the amount of $1425.00.

    I purchased a used refrigerator from them in the amount of ****** on ******** marketplace. I agreed to send them the full amount so they could ************ and hold it until pick up the next evening. On 8/7/2023 I sent the $ ****** thru Apple Pay. We agreed to pick it up on the 8th. At 7 oclock. We drove one hour from our home and arrived at the place of business at 6:30. No one was there, messaged multiple times and called and got no response. We waited until 8 oclock that evening and drove back home. At 6 am on 8/9/2023 I received a text message they were sorry about the dirty pick up and when would I be available. I messaged back and let them know we wasted 3 hours of our time and I the mean time had to buy a refrigerator elsewhere I would just like my money back. They said they understand and would send a refund. It is now 8/10/2023 and I have yet to receive anything after multiple attempts.

    I purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer, a gas stove and a dishwasher for $2550 in February and May of 2023. I have been trying to get my appliances delivered (2 dates scheduled) but both times were a no show with no communication as to why. I have been trying to set an appointment time to pick up the appliances but cannot get anyone to respond. I can only contact them by messenger or text but get little to no response at all. I would like my appliances or a refund.

    I was able to pick up most of the appliances.  I am still waiting on a replacement washer.

    We purchased a dishwasher, refrigerator, and built-in stove ($3,770 total). We have asked to pick up our property by making an appointment and the owners refuse to do so. They have made two appointments with ** to deliver and have not delivered. They ignore our phone calls, texts, and messages through ******** messenger. We have gone to the place of business three times and no one is there to help **. We are being forced to hire an attorney to settle this matter.

    We purchased appliances from HMG. After multiple attempts to get in touch with them we were finally able to arrange a time to pick our appliances up. When we got there they had the stove that we had already paid for. They told us that they would deliver a new one to us with in the week. That has been over a month ago and we have yet to receive our stove. I have messaged them and called and was told that they would just return our money. To this date we have no stove, nor a refund. They will not respond to my calls or text either.

    Bought a side by side whirlpool refrigerator from this business on 1/6/22 for $1750.00. Paid via Vemvo to the co owner, ******************************* was to have the warranty inform email to us. When item was delivered the water out of door kept dripping. Contacted company who said they would order a New valve/solenoid. That never happen still have the messages that they stated they would fix this. The on august 12 contacted ****** who advised she sold her half of the company to her ex fianc , so he is sole owner now to contact him. He was texted on 8/12 at the company phone number also messaged several times through the online ******** market place page. He finally responded. 8/15 asking For model / serial number of item Staying he would be in touch that evening , never was. Next time he finally responds is august 19@ 1117pm With I apologize not getting back with you. Unfortunately we are very short staffed , we will be in touch tomorrow . .. Still no contact with him. My husband has been by the store twice and store is closed. I have been by once store is closed. This $1750 refrigerator should be under warranty but all I have is a vemvo payment as proof of purchase. I need help resolving this issue to get my refrigerator repaired.
