    UPDATE I TOOK THE CAR TO ANOTHER INSTALLER ,on this date 12/14/2022, and found out that when JUST FOR YOU CUSTOM when he installed the radio ,they did it wrong and caused it to short out the passenager speaker and shorted it out in different areas and now I have to replace the radio

    I told the customer upfront the cost to install his radio and backup camera. He and wife agreed. I completed the job and they paid for it. As they were leaving, I noticed their front right speaker was not working. We scheduled a time for them to return so I could replace the speaker( thought speaker needed to be replaced). When they returned I first pulled the radio to make sure my connections were good. They were good. I next removed the door panel and speaker to see if the speaker worked or not. The speaker was good but produces no sound. I explain to Mr. ******* he has a wiring issue and the cost will be $65 for me to run a new wire the make the speaker work. I diagnosed the speaker problem for free. Then he wanted me to fix it for free. The speaker problem was not part of my install. Problem is not the speaker simply is bad, the wire from the radio to the speaker must be broken somewhere. The speaker works, but no signal. Mr.******* must pay for this service. I see he is claiming radio is faulty do to me. That is false, we use a wire harness specially designed for his car making radio connection by color coded wires. Whenever he was here radio was on and working just fine. The $270.18 was for parts and labor to do radio and camera install. Other wiring issues must be paid for.
