      When I talkedto ******** after the no show, she claimed she had no

      recollection of the conversation & no one has tried to contact us.

      Looking back on our files, I do see where ******** spoke with Ms. ****** and made arrangements to replace the windshield in her new Jeep for $300.00 . Since Mark's Mobile Glass is no longer able to perform windshield replacements, we have made arrangements for Ms. ****** with ******** Auto Glass. We are actively working to contact the customer to honor the original agreement with had with her. However it seems she is not taking our calls at this time. I hope that she will see this message and will reach out to our contact *** Shelton at ******** to have her windshield replaced. Please call them at ###-###-#### option 1 and request ***.

      ******** doesn't know anything about this, she is just a CSR and probably doesn't remember anything from 6 months ago. The person(s) that ***** needs to speak with are *** ******* ** ***** ******* as they are both familiar with the situation and are ready to assist her. They have both left her messages to speak with her and make arrangements to take care of her vehicle at the previously agreed rates.

      They owe me $3160 for shower doors and a mirror that I ordered.  I paid for labor and the materials upfront and have not heard anything back from them. The number I called is ************ and they tell me that Safelight Auto has been merged with Marks Mobile Glass.  When I call to get an estimated date for my order I am hung up on. This has happened more than once.  This needs to be resolved immediately before I pursue filing a claim in court.

      Mr. ****, we did accept a prepayment from you on March 13th of $3,104.00 (not sure why you feel we owe you more than you've paid).  As far as far contacting us, the phone number you are calling is correct however that Mark's Mobile Glass is going through a partial acquisition (not a merger) of our automotive glass side and there may have been some technical issues with the lines for a short period of time. Not knowing when you attempted to contact us I can't very well pin point the cause but I can assure you that would not "hang up" on you. I will reach out to the manager who took your order and have him contact you regarding the status. In addition to your claim, Mark's Mobile Glass is NOT affiliated with Safelite Auto Glass.  Mark's Mobile Glass, Inc. still serves mid-Missouri's residential and commercial glass needs, including your shower door and mirror you ordered.
