      First of all I want to make a complaint with the BBB for Jefferson City Medical Group and all you want me to do is leave a review. So I give the BBB 1 Star and Jefferson City Medical Group a -1 Star.They over charged me !!! I paid more than what should have been on the one and only visit. Then they keep billing me for an Additional $26.25 after I spoke to someone at the office telling them the situation and that I was overcharged but paid it and I am NOT going to pay this. She said she would see what she could do, but I guess nothing. I have emailed them the same info and they continue to bill me. I am NOT paying this. I was overcharged for not even 15 minutes of the Dr's **** and they charged me a total of $161.25! I paid it but now they want an additional $26.25?? I should have been a minimum first patient visit but they charged me for I believe a medium high patient. I was only going to establish a Dr. because I'm new to the area, I had nothing wrong with me! What a scam!!! **************************.

      Wasted months & big bucks on them One mentioned COPD but was never diagnosed with it.Lungs sre scarred but last jacksss said no lung issues, sinus issue.Have new dr with different medical facility. Guess what - I have COPD!Malpractice!Shut *************

      Bunch of quacks. Pc blew me off repeatedly re respiratory issues even after x ray showed lung problem. Demanded ************** mouthed off-what did I want, a lung dr? **** her ************ care guy let me know she probably wouldnt do anything. Saw lung dr (also new pc). Called for antibiotic & got one. useless!! Sent message I wouldn't waste $ on it again & wanted one that would work. called today & didnt get a response Finally got on patient portal. Found a mssg fom monday-find a new dr! *** didn't have ***** to call me . Fired endocrinologist b)c he **** to me. Pharmacy idiots dont know what drug plans they take..i My rights have been repeatedly violated. Im 75 & have multiple potentially fatal health issues. **** to file online complaint but couldn't b/c I didnt input nonexistent home phone #. Left without a doctor so I'll probably be dead within a week. Will be a major relief!
