    This is my second complaint filed! A few weeks ago I made a purchase for a badge reel for only 5.50! It was due to be delivered to me on 3/24/25 . I reached out to this company for an *** as mine stated it was still in transit so I reached out hoping shed have other info. As of todays date I still dont have the item! Ive spend a lot of money with this. Company more than I should have be used youd think in good faith theyd have been more than willing to resend the item! I even send an email requesting either a refund or resend the item! These people are so ***** that they are refunding me my money just so that I have to repurchase the same item! Now why would I do that! Even Temu as cheap as their items are dont conduct business like this! They are telling me since they have not heard from insurance I basically would need to purchase again! I told these people in my email should it finally arrive if send one or the other back! This is not how a good business conducts and should treat a good loyal customer! Im not paying for sh again! Youd think that theyd have the common decency to resend the item verses refunding me to repay for something that I never received! No business operates like this! These people must think I have the item! Its ridiculous!

    Hi friends! 

    Chatona placed an order on 3/17 for one item for $5.50. We shipped that item on March 18th. On April 1st Chatona reached out to say her item had not arrived. **** tracking showed a delay in the shipment (was scheduled for delivery on 3/21 but said "arriving late"). We replied back immediately and stated that we could open a case with insurance after two weeks from initial shipment per our insurance policy and since the buyer did not purchase additional shipping insurance. She stated, "Im just going to file a dispute with my bank" as her reply. We replied saying it was not necessary as the item had been shipped, we would love the opportunity to make it right for her. We submitted the claim on the first day possible with the insurance company. She demanded a replacement or refund. We had not heard back from the insurance company but went ahead and refunded the purchase in full AND sent a coupon code for a future order. Chatona replied with "Now why would I ever order anything else from you! You are so ***** youd rather give 5.50 back verses to resend the item! Let me guess you think I received and and that ok lying about it! You can track it just as I can!  A whole 5.50 badge  buddie! Im sure this was a racially  motivated decision ! This is the dumbest thing Ive ever heard of!" We love every opportunity to work with our customers and we are so sorry we disappointed her in this shopping experience. Thanks for your time!

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: the business did send me that correspondence as well as my 5.50 back but as I provided I wanted a replacement of the item not my money back! They refunded my money just to repurchase because of their unwillingness to replace! Its ridiculous and bad business! They are for sure that an item that I was due to receive on 3/24/25 that hasnt arrived you will come! Ridiculous even stores like Temu, ****** etc will replace lost or not received items refunding me my money just to repurchase was ridiculous! Ive been a faithful loyal customer! Ive spent a great deal of money witg these people and to be handled this way overcome 5.50 is absurd! I even told them in an email that should the item come if they replace it Id send one back! They stated That they refunded me and sent a replacement that is absolutely false! Ill never order from these people again and I want everyone to know what type of business I received
