      We hired this company for one of our properties and then they never communicated with us. After several weeks of waiting, we messaged and were told by them that they were very busy. We were very understanding of this. We did let them know we were going to have to go with another company because the work needed to be done. We were very respectful toward them. Which is why I was shocked when they became very unprofessional. They were even immature enough to start calling us by childish names. I am a business owner and calling your customers by insulting names is completely unprofessional behavior. We did nothing to provoke such childish and insulting behavior from them. I definitely don't recommend this company. We even have the messages as proof of their strange behavior.
