      I don't know the date within the last couple of weeks. I'd have to look up the paperwork. I'm sorry I'm just so frustrated over this. This concerns a botched installation of two bathrooms and hand railing and pickets. I paid most of this bill but I will not pay the last bill when I have to now hire another contractor to fix what they have damaged. Most of everything is damaged or put in incorrectly. I have pictures to back this up. I've been in contact with these people now. They are charging me late fees. One of the guys even gave me his personal number. He put it in. My phone personally said call me on a Friday or Saturday night. What's that supposed to mean he was going to come fix all this on a Friday or Saturday night? I'm confused. If someone could please help me with this I would greatly appreciate it I can send you pictures and documentations via email. I am seeking to not pay the last week because everything was done wrong and has to be redone and I may even want a reimbursement for the stuff that was done in the bathrooms cuz it was done incorrectly not to mention stuff they broke. They didn't even add the pipes to my tub. There for the water went through my ceiling. When I tried to take a bath it was a heavy mess and even got on my lawn mower and other things I had downstairs

      We have tried to work it out it out with the customer multiple times, but they have refused. We are a time and materials company. The customer bought all the material. Bax Homeworks will not refund the labor. The client had another contractor come in before us and accused them of similar things. Bax Homeworks came in to fix the old contractor's work. The client is doing a similar complaint with Bax Homeworks. Bax Homeworks offered to fix some of the issue with the client, but the client refused. Client wants Bax Homeworks to pay for another contractor. Bax Homeworks will not pay to have another contractor do the work. Bax Homeworks has confirmation from customer about job being done correctly. Bax Homeworks is a time and materials company and customer can have us stop at any moment.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have several more pictures but this would only let me upload so many. I'm not sure how to get you all the photos, but everything in these photos is completely brand new, bought at the store and installed by bax if I could get all the pictures to you. If you have a way where I can send you all the pictures you can see more photos of all the bad workmanship and the damaged products that we purchased brand new from the store in the box. So please provide some way for me to send you the rest of the photos. This only allowed me to upload just a few

      I have attached as many photos as the email would allow  me I will send another and with video showing you how when I took a bath the water went through my ceiling because they failed to attach the products they installed now I'm concerned about mold as well. Not to mention the damage it did to my ceiling and the items in my garage I'll send that video in the next email .

      Here is some video of what happened when I first tried to take a bath from the second bath they installed in our home. They did not fix the first bath like they said they would. After botching our shower in the first bathroom. They went on to actually do more damage to the house and the products that we had bought to be installed. Here is a sample video of the first time I tried to take a bath.
