    On February 21st I went with Danas cleaning. Danas crew came in and broke the glass part of my stove door when pushing the oven back in place 2 hours before my final move out inspection with *******************. **** assured me in writing that it was her fault, that things would be okay, and that she will do WHATEVER it takes to make things right for me including buying a new stove. Due to the damage **** caused the property manager unfortunately did end up having to replace the stove and now **** has turned back on her word, leaving me with a $650 bill. Plus the $200 I paid for her cleaning. She thinks that she can just buy a used stove or part somewhere and make things better when that decision isn't even up to me, its up to the property manager and owner of the property. The apartment manager went ahead and replaced the whole stove and **** will not even give me a partial refund for the damages she caused.

    The issue has been resolved and I am receiving a full refund. No need to pursue this anymore.
