    Arvada contacted me saying that my email had been hacked. I spoke to ****** who then put me in touch with ****. ****** had me download Ultraviewer for remote viewing. **** tried to sell me more licenses to cover security I had already paid for which is lifetime security. When I said no, she hung up on me. I watched as **** deleted the Network Firewall off my computer while she still had access via Ultraviewer. I immediately called back and spoke to ****** to have the firewall reinstalled. He said it wasn't **** but was the hacker. I also told him to remove Ultraviewer from my computer. He only deleted the icon not the app. I removed Ultraviewer myself. It is my belief that this was an attempt to scare me into buying another protection plan for $499.00. I scanned for myself and found no viruses or malware. If Arvada is not able to uphold their lifetime protection I paid for, then I feel I am owed my money back.

It is to report that I have had the opportunity to get support from *** ***** of Arvada Technicians. *** ***** is an excellent professional with diagnostic skills to sort out technical problems and solve those. I have deep admiration for *** *****'s patience and willingness to help customer. I am looking forward to work with them in future.
