    I went to have crowns and implants done. They gave me once price on the procedure and changed it later. They did not give me crowns. Something was wrong with the impressions they made.. They now want an extra ******* for finish the for crowns. (I have one crown and two have not been completed.)

    They did a mouth extraction on Monday. I was in so much pain. I have been trying to contact them since Tuesday and they have not returned my calls. I need them to contact me about the issues I am having. No one will reach out.

    Ms. ****** was in the office this morning and we spoke at length regarding her experience. Unfortunately, the night after she was seen for surgery, we had a major plumbing leak and our server was destroyed. Since our entire system is dependent on computer access, we were unable to open or even communicate with patients who were in our system, other than to send a text or email message notifying them that we were unable to open.
    She was seen by the dentist today and is scheduled to return to the clinic in a few days to get her back on the right track. We apologized for her experience and assured her that we will do our best to make sure she is taken care of.
    After our discussion, Ms. ****** seemed to be in a better frame of mind and willing to entrust us with her continued care.
