    I purchased a 12 volt ride on *** in December 2024. It has been ridden very little as we were waiting for nice weather. Now it won't reverse and it grinds and doesn't work correctly going forward. There are two more months left on the warranty. Ballard Pacific Resources, **** is the name on the warranty. It specifically says not to return to the store where purchased (*******). The warranty states "Ballard Pacific Resources, **** will pay all labor costs connected with the repair or replacement of all parts covered". After calling the 866 phone number, the person on the phone says that they only trouble shoot and send out parts and that I would have to fix it myself after receiving the parts. I read her the warranty and she said sorry. I also told her the warranty says that if there is evidence that the owner tried to repair the toy, it voided the warranty. They won't take the atv back nor will they refund my money. She said to take it back to *******. I told her the warranty also says NOT to return to the store and that the 90 day return policy for a store return was over. She said that she was sorry but there was nothing she could do but send me part to put in with instructions. I told her even if that was done that the same thing would happen again. It was barely used.

    Unfortunately, we do not go to anyone's home to repair toys, we are a parts only business that assists the consumer over the phone with diagnosing the issue and sending out the part to them. The consumer is still under warranty with us, and we would be more than helpful with sending the replacement part to her, but per policy we do not provide refunds.
