    On May 20, 2025, I placed an online order for 8 pieces of fried chicken at 2:00 PM, scheduled for pickup at 4:00 PM. Order number was *********. I arrived at the store at 4:15 PM, only to find that my order was nowhere to be found.I spoke with the on-duty manager, who refused to provide her namean immediate red flag in ********* asked why my order, placed two hours in advance, was not ready. Her response was both dismissive and absurd: she claimed that two hours was "simply not long enough" to prepare 8 pieces of fried chicken. Without further explanation, she walked away and passed me off to an assistant manager named ****.**** informed me that the store does not honor scheduled orders at all. According to him, only customers who physically show up are served based on whats available at the moment. The fact that I had placedand paid formy order ahead of time was irrelevant to them. I was told I could either wait another hour or call the 800 number for a refund.I followed their instructions and contacted the 800 number multiple times, only to be denied a refund. I was told the only option was to return to the store and ask for the food. That is completely unacceptable. I paid for a specific order, scheduled for a specific time, and the store failed to provide it. Forcing me to waste more of my time and effort to chase down what Ive already paid for is not a solutionits a slap in the face.On a side note, every other local store Ive ordered from has consistently had my food ready at the scheduled time. Theyve made it clear that once you pay and set a pickup time, your food is prepared and ready whether or not you arrive right on the dot. This store, however, has repeatedly failed to meet that standard. Every single time Ive placed a scheduled order here, the food has never once been ready on time. They pretend to offer scheduled pickups but in reality, operate on a first come, first served basis while making a mockery of the scheduling system.
